Windows 8.1 Update: in spring and focused on improving the use with mouse and keyboard

Microsoft has been one of the first to release this year's Mobile World Congress 2014, and makes it important for a 'big' software news: Windows 8.1 in spring we 'Update', a small update - note that is a Service Pack of 8.1, not a new version - which will improve functionality and even add some new desktop operating system.
What features? Most focused on the interface, to provide new opportunities or improve existing ones. Microsoft promises focus on touch screens since 40% of devices sold with Windows installed include one of these panels. Something evident in current times they got a clear improvement when moving from Windows 7 to Windows 8, but is still insufficient.
