Konami Digital Entertainment has announced a new president: Tomohiro Uesugi, who until now had been the executive vice president of this company. The Japanese have made the following statement on his appointment:

Mr. Uesugi has a good reputation as a manager of human resources and finance. This experience will provide an interesting perspective to help Konami and, presumably, to extend their brands and improve sales in North America, Central and South.
