Europe accepts the universal charger por mobile phones.


The European Parlament has  recently released the new law.The chargers´s factory will have three years for get used to the production of this new product.

This law does not affect only to mobile phones. Europe is thinking to use this for remote controls on TV and on remote controls for cars.

This was approved with 550 votes in favor, 12 votes against and 8 abstinence.

Despite this law, we will have to see the Apple´s decision,who still having his particular charger and plug.

WWW (World Wide Web) turns 25 years.

The 12th March 1989, the British investigator Tim Berners-Lee described in a report for CERN the protocol for the transference of hypertexts, that the next year became on the "World Wide Web".

Berners-Lee didn´t invented Internet. The global net was created in the 70s, and was released in 1983, for a military project.

The idea was not instantaneous. He started to work in CERN in 1980. His first work was to design Enquire, a data base for order the disconnected information that started to accumulate on the computer´s memory. He left CERN at the end of the 80s, was a short period of time on industry and he returned back in 1989, when CERN was one of the biggest internet companies in America.  It was there when, cooperating with Robert Caillau, he presented a proposal for set a system that allowed to access to other archives by entering its link. It was the beggining of the Web.

Right now, this system keeps 40 billion of web pages, a big number for only 25 years

From WhatsApp to Telegram: The instant messaging app´s war.

The people´s habits have changed. Last years young people have been chatting and communicating
among themselves using strange symbols and abbreviations expressed in 160 types. This is used for send SMS, but there´s one more reason: save money.

WhatsApp was the app that revolutionized the communication. Facebook, the social network with more members in the world, couldn´t resist to it´s easy interface, that it´s right now on 465 million of devices.

May be the only failure of WhatsApp is its pour security. Everytime it stops working, it paralyze 465 million people. It won´t be strange if a new instant messaging app, like Telegram, that has a very high security and right now has the highest speed of people checking in.
There are more apps that want to be the most popular, like Line or WeChat. This battle has just begun.

An app for Google Glass detects a change on the frame of mind


An app created by a little startup Emotient will be able to detect a change in the frame of mind of the people, measuring even the most indiscernible gestures of the face.

According to Marian Bartlett, Emotient cofounder, the first part of the process detects the tipe of emotion, between positive, negative and neutral. Then, it deepens inn the feeling, guesing if it´s happiness, fear, anger, etc.

The idea of the app is to use it on shops and outlets, for see if the sent product causes a good or bad feeling in the consumer.

However, this technology probably will be used for security, like a lying detector.

"Ring" a smart ring able to controle devices only with gestures.

This small device, made of silver, can send text messages and control different electronic gadgets.

Apparently useful, as elegant and discreet, that is the idea that  the Japanese company Logbar has on mind.

The idea comes from rings that already received notifications, in a similar concept to smartwatches. It can recognize the gestures that are made with the hand.

With these new invention his porter can send text messages, control electronics like a TV, or even realize online payments. You can draw letters in the air for write a message or if you draw a musical note you can access to the audio player.

The ring connects to the phone by Bluetooth, and it´s available for iOS and Android. It will be on the stores on July.

Batman Arkham Knight

Finally the surprise that Game Informer reserved to us was Batman Arkham Knight, a new game of the saga that will be released at the end of the year. Rocksteady recovered the responsability of the development and show us an emotive spectacular trailer where we can see Bruce Wayne´s father saying his last words to his son.
One of the novelties of this game is that we will be able to drive the Batmobile for the first time.The plot allows us to fight versus some classical villains, like The Penguin, Harley Quinn and The Scarecrow. Chronologically the story takes place a year after the things happened in Arkham City, and this will be the game that will finish the saga.
It´s expected for be releasedthe next winter for PS4, Xbox One and PC. A good reason to pass to the new generation and a big blow to the actual platforms.

Minecraft will be on the big screen very soon.

Minecraft is one of the most played video games in the world. His creator, Markus Persson, has released by a tweet that his game is going to have a film.


Roy Lee, one of the creators of "The LEGO Movie", is going to be one of the developers. The success of "The LEGO Movie" is making Warner Bros. trying to produce similar films, and Minecraft is a good option, because the structure of the videogame is very similar to LEGO: a world made of blocks.

Minecraft is having right now one of its best moments, with hundred million players on PC, not including the versions for other consoles. If the film has the same success that the video game, the cinemas will sell all their tickets the first day of its release.

Apple will begin to work on health and automotive.

Apple is developing a device to prevent heart attacks through a system that feels the bloodstream, but this is not the only project that is on Apple´s plans. They also are planning to get into the automotive world, specifically with Tesla Motors.

In 2011, Apple hired engineer Tomlinson Holman, the inventor of the sound system THX and the surround 10.2. This system allows listen the bloodstream´s sound, that can go in a bracelet or another complement, and the carrier will be able to prevent a heart attack.

On the other hand, Apple is negotiating with Tesla Motors. They probably will make a deal for cooperate, but in different sides, without any kind of acquisition.

Apple, the company that once changed the world with their computers, are opening new ways for invent new brilliant ideas and expand the diversity of their products, that since now they were only smartphones, tablets and computers.

A phone to see the world

Since the last five years, the principal objective of the technology companies was the success of the pocket computer, and thereby, the permanent connection to the internet.

Now the objective of the following five years will be to open the phone to the world around us. That is the topic of the new Google project: Project Tango.

It´s like a mobile Kinect. Tango, is its actual version, is able to create a map of the room you are only moving the phone. It knows where is it on space and what is around it. Behind this project is Johnny Lee, one of the developers of Kinect. Google is going to begin the distribution of Tango to other companies to look for an utility for this functionality.

Nowadays, this sensors are quite big and complex, but in the future they will be smaller and will be able to be in a phone or another gadget.

Recharge your phone without cables.

American and Chinese engineers have created a charger that is able to charge any phone in any place you want.


"This could be a new solution for the creation of the self-charging personal electronics"- said one of the developers.
 
Incorporated directly to the battery, this charger will be able to catch the vibrations of the surface were is it on, and transform it in energy for the phone.


The generator is powered by a common  material made of piezoelectric polymer called
polyvinylidene fluoride. This kind of material can create energy from mechanic energy, also make the opposite; create vibrations from an electric current.

Prosthesis that allow feelings

An Italian scientists have created an artificial hand that allows to an amputated person tell apart the difference between a mandarin, a ball and a bottle.

The Danish Aabo Sorensen lost his left hand in an accident ten years ago, and he volunteered for this experiment.

It was amazing to feel something after ten years, suddenly, my hand sent a message to my brain. It was incredible."-he said.

When the scientists connected the electrodes to an electric sign, Sorensen ensured he had the same feeling that when his fingers could move.

This is not the first time that a prosthesis can send messages to the brain. This kind of experiment already had success at U.S.A an Europe. But, how can they do it?

Google is planning to offer internet connections of 10 gigabytes by second

The American company is developing a new technology that will be able to create internet connections of 10 gigabytes by second, one thousand faster that the average of all USA.

This project was revealed by Patrick Pichette, the CFO of Google, in a internet conference. Despite he admitted that this project will be possible in at least ten years, Google is trying to accelerate it.

"Why won´t it be able to use it in three years? We don´t have to wait."-he said.

For Google, the connection´s speed is very important because a highest speed will increase the oportunities for the software services.

Sony will start to think on the new PS5 very soon.

In a recent interview on MTV, Scott Rohde, the responsible of Sony Worlwide Studios, he said: "We usually start to think on the development of the next system curiously after a few years of the release of the actual system. As soon as a new console is released, you have to take a breath, there will be a couple of years dedicated to the new console for improve it. And very soon, we will think on what we are going to do after that. That´s Sony culture.We always have to do something bigger and better that what be did before", he said.

The PS4 was released on November of 2013, we have to wait a few years to see a PS5, but a lot of people already "created" their own PS5.
